CHILDREN’S LITURGY OF THE WORD:  Prayer leader assists celebrations of God’s word during 11:00 Mass; Contact Claire Bissell, 798-1887

CHOIR/CANTORS/INSTRUMENTALISTS:  Music is provided for all weekend Masses & special parish events.  We welcome leaders of song new choir members and instrumentalists of every kind.    Please refer to the music Ministry page for the choir rehearsal schedule.  Contact  Larry Meier, 798-1887

CONTEMPORARY ENSEMBLE:  If you are interested in joining the Contemporary Ensemble for the Saturday evening Mass, please contact Suzan Atkins through the church office or meet with her following the Saturday evening Mass. Rehearsal for the 4 pm ensemble is 2:45 pm on Saturday. All singers and instrumentalist are welcome

ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE enhances the surroundings of our church facility (plants/flowers/banners/art, etc.) to celebrate the liturgical seasons.  Contact the church office (318) 798-1887.

EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS distribute the Lord’s Body and Blood at Mass, appointed by the Pastor/Bishop; training required.  The coordinator for this ministry is Tim Doolin. MINISTERS OF THE WORD (READERS) proclaim God’s Word at the weekend Masses & special services.  The word of God is made more present and vital through this ministry, requires familiarity with the readings of the day and regular practice; training required.  Contact Karen Tucker, 573-7557.

USHERS offer a priceless service of hospitality, the first members our visitors meet.  Ushers greet parishioners, assist those in need, distribute materials after Mass, make ready the Sanctuary for the next Mass.  Contact Peter Hawboldt, 686-7722.
